Direct Repair Laboratories maintains a world class facility for the repair and refurbishment of sophisticated disk drive, tape drive and optical drive subsystems and libraries, high end power supplies and network devices such as Routers and LAN Switches and practically any high-end PCB. DRL also offers inventories of these parts to supplement the buffer stocks of OEM organizations so that support may be carried out on these parts well beyond the Original Manufacturer's service commitments. DRL supports and markets products from a wide variety of storage, power and network product manufacturers including Fujitsu, IBM, Hitachi, StorageTek, Hewlett Packard, Toshiba, Philips LMS, Pioneer, Seagate Technologies, Siemens, NCR, ICL, GE, Sony, Exabyte, Quantum,  Priam Corporation, 3Com, Cisco, and Cabletron. Specializing in devices like the STK 9840, IBM 3490, 3570, 3580, 3590, HP DDS4, C1537, HP autoloaders, Quantum DLT 7000, DLT 8000, Super DLT, Fujitsu M2488 and the M8100.

We realize that each storage device utilized by our customers has its own unique requirements. DRL goes the extra mile to ensure that your storage device functions correctly in the hardware topology with which you're integrating. When servicing OEM customer needs, DRL prefers to set up a hardware test system that duplicates the hardware of our customer's application to ensure that each part integrates seamlessly into our customer's target hardware. Through this philosophy, DRL's initial quality surpasses even the most stringent of customer's expectations.
